"I bought my 6 year old thoroughbred, Sage, from Ireland. He arrived in very poor condition and after full veterinary health checks including X-Rays and gastric scoping, he was diagnosed with severe gastric ulcers", explains Georgina Cart. "After various courses of prescribed medication, Sage hadn't made a huge improvement and then went rapidly downhill again when on box rest for an injury.
